Robin Sorlie

Robin Sorlie is a results-driven Chief Operating Officer with over 7 years of experience scaling operations in the Home Health Industry sector, and 20+ years in the Human Services Industry.

Currently leading operations at Spectrum Home Care in North Dakota and South Dakota, Spectrum is a privately owned agency with 3 locations. Robin has taken the business from a $500K a year business in 2018 to a $6M plus business at the end of 2025. Robin currently oversees 175 employees and 500+ clients. She specializes in transforming complex workflows into lean, efficient ways that drive performance.

Robin also takes a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring that operational stability and innovation go hand-in-hand. Robin is as passionate about training high-performance and experienced caregivers as well as aligning team execution with long-term goals.

Beth Grigg

Beth Grigg is the Senior Director of Resident Services at LCS, where she provides regional leadership across key areas of the resident experience, including Community Life, Health & Wellness Navigation, and Innovative Home Services, the organization’s private duty program.

Beth began her senior living career in 2010 as a Health & Wellness Navigator and has since become a leader in driving resident-centered innovation. She serves on the LCS AI Innovation Committee, contributes to the HLI Wellness Strategy Group, and leads the LCS Connections pillar initiative.

Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and is passionate about helping teams adopt new ideas that improve care and outcomes.

Elaine Lawson

Elaine Lawson is the National Director of Marketing at ACTi-KARE Inc., bringing decades of experience in launching, growing, and supporting businesses and franchise organizations. Throughout her career, Elaine has helped guide start-up franchises through every stage—from purchase and pre-launch preparation to daily operations and long-term growth.

She previously served as the National Director of Training for ACTi-KARE and as Administrator of ACTi-KARE of Brandon, Florida. Beyond her work in home care, Elaine has also been a political talk show host, professional voiceover artist, Advanced EMT, and entrepreneur. The Symposium will take place in Eau Claire, located in Western Wisconsin at the confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers. The event will take place at the Pablo Center at the Confluence (128 Graham Ave, Eau Claire, WI), a beautiful venue right where the two rivers meet. Known for its thriving arts scene and strong community of entrepreneurs, Eau Claire has earned the nickname “The Indie Capital of the Midwest.” It’s also Aaniie’s hometown — and we can’t wait to welcome you here!

We’d love to hear from you! Aaniie Innovator features real-world insights from leaders across the home care community. If you’re interested in presenting, please register for the event and select the “Speaker” registration option. Our team will be in touch to review your speaker proposal and, if selected, your conference admission fee will be waived.

Eau Claire has its own regional airport (EAU) and is served by United Airlines. Alternatively, you can fly into Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP), which is about 1.5 hours from Eau Claire. There are multiple shuttle options available daily for the drive, including Groome Transportation and Green Fleet.

Embrace the Midwest Nice! Business casual is fine for sessions, but comfort and practicality are key for walking between sessions and attending networking events. Think casual layers.

Yes! Guests are welcome to attend social events. Conference sessions require full registration.

Cancellations will not be refunded, but substitutions are allowed.
