McKenzie Mulhern brings more than 10 years of customer support experience — and a positive, people-first approach — to the Aaniie team. Passionate about helping others, she is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and ensure every client feels heard, supported, and well cared for. Her goal is to deliver exceptional service while building meaningful, lasting relationships with customers.
Born and raised between Augusta and Osseo, Wisconsin, McKenzie still calls the area home, where she lives with her husband, three boys, a dog, and a cat. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, playing catch or basketball with her boys, and spending time in the garden. Her family loves the outdoors — especially camping trips together.
