Current Open Positions

Aaniie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients across various industries. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As part of the Aaniie Customer Success team, you will take newly signed customers from the first interaction to go live on our platform. You will provide support for customers related to the implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of Aaniie’s products and supporting technologies. This position will serve as the first face of Aaniie as new customers implement and begin to use our platform to improve their operations.

As the Face of Aaniie, you will provide consistently awesome service to customers by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will professionally answer questions, guide the customer on the implementation journey, and respond to inquiries timely while assuring high customer satisfaction every time.  You’ll develop a deep understanding of Aaniie’s care software solutions and use that understanding to help customers.

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven individual who has a Bachelor’s — preferably in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or other experience commensurate.  As part of Smartcare’s Development team, you will be working to continuously advance Smartcare’s SaaS-based Enterprise applications.  Using structured programming and agile development you design and develop new Smartcare functionality from concept to deployment supporting the Smartcare customer community.  This position requires a strong proficiency in all aspects of full-stack software development principles, data integrations, UI development, and agile software development.

Smartcare is based in Eau Claire, WI with a remote Wisconsin work option depending on the candidate.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help us meet our aggressive sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will work directly with the VP of Sales to build a plan of action to reach out and engage with new prospects.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth. You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, conducting market analysis, and developing strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will create and deliver engaging sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales pipeline.

It will provide you with a great foundational understanding of the value propositions of Smartcare’s products and will prepare you for future sales roles.

We are looking for a high-energy, people person who loves to help people solve problems and be the front face of Smartcare. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will interact daily with our customers to help them fully utilize the system to grow their business. You will interact over the phone, video chat, and/or via email and chat ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

As a critical part of Smartcare’s Customer Support team, you will be the first contact point for our customers’ questions handling inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, live chat, and email. You will use your system expertise to guide and educate the customers through various self-help options and articles, performing logical troubleshooting, and software support. Using Zoho Desk and CRM, you will be accurately documenting call engagements and confirming issue resolution with customers. And above all, you are always striving to make our customers happier!

Must Haves

  • Integrity, organization, punctuality, and reliability. Must maintain a regular work schedule.
  • Software troubleshooting and configuration experience.
  • Persuasive communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, not required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer support or similar role.
  • Located in Wisconsin
