Current Open Positions

We are seeking an Account Manager — Customer Success who is relationship-driven, proactive, and passionate about helping care organizations get the most out of the technology they rely on every day. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Aaniie customers — home care agencies, and senior living communities, working side by side with them to deepen platform adoption, uncover opportunities to improve their operations, and ensure they are achieving measurable outcomes. This is not a reactive support role; you will be a strategic partner who understands each customer’s business and brings ideas and solutions before problems arise.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or healthcare
  • Direct home care leadership or operational experence
  • Proven ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers at multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong consultative communication skills — you listen first, then bring solutions
  • Ability to understand homecare software platforms deeply and translate features into customer outcomes
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large customer portfolio with consistency and follow-through
  • Self-motivated with a reliable, professional work schedule

We are looking for a Software Engineer who uses AI as a core part of how they build software — not occasionally, but daily and deliberately. As part of Aaniie’s Development team, you will help design, build, and scale our vertical SaaS platform serving thousands of home care, senior living, and childcare organizations across all 50 states. This is a full-stack role where you will take features from concept to production, using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve hard problems faster. You will work in an agile environment alongside product, design, and engineering teammates who are equally committed to building great software.

The right candidate has moved beyond AI as an autocomplete tool, you plan a feature, use AI to build it, and then critically validate and defend every line before it ships. You bring strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to know when AI output is ready for production and when it needs more work. Aaniie is headquartered in Eau Claire, WI with remote work options considered for the right candidate.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-based products
  • Hands-on, daily use of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your development workflow
  • Ability to validate, review, and defend AI-generated code before it reaches production
  • Fluency in agile software development and the full Software Development Lifecycle
  • Professional experience in a high-level programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar
  • Full-stack development experience maintaining and enhancing production systems
  • Strong communication skills and a continuous-learning mindset

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solutions Executive to act as an industry consultant guiding potential users toward a complete home care solution, developing top-line revenue growth, new customer acquisitions, and profitability.

As a Solutions Executive, you will be directly responsible for connecting with care providers and communicating the value of our services, leading to closing sales in a national multi-state sales territory. You will take a sales lead from product discovery, to demos, and on to contract signing by promoting Aaniie’s products and services. As a member of the Aaniie family, you will contribute to our high energy, collaborative, fun team.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in an inside sales or sales development role
  • High integrity, organized, punctual, and reliable. Must maintain a regular work schedule.
  • Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation excellence
  • Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and engage customers
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing, business, technical or healthcare field preferred.

Aaniie is based in Eau Claire, WI with a remote work option. Occasional travel to Aaniie’s corporate headquarters and/or tradeshows will be required.
