As Executive Vice President of Sales, Rob Lipps leads Aaniie’s talented sales team and leads initiatives to fuel Aaniie’s market leadership momentum.

Rob joins the Aaniie team as a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of transforming sales operations and delivering remarkable client outcomes across SaaS, cloud, and B2B markets.

With over 30 years of experience leading high-performing sales organizations, Rob has held several executive and international development roles. Earlier in his career, he helped expand businesses throughout Latin America and Asia-Pacific, building global partnerships and sales channels in distant corners of the world. Most recently, Rob led sales and corporate development for a video streaming SaaS platform in the corporate, healthcare, and government sectors.

Outside of work, Rob is a lifelong hockey fan, an enthusiastic DIYer, and happiest when spending time at the cabin with his wife of 25 years and their two daughters.
