We are pleased to announce the addition of Jason Reynolds to the Smartcare team as Director, Customer Support

In his new role, Jason will provide leadership to our customer success team as they onboard new customers and provide ongoing education and support to the user base.
Jason has extensive experience managing and performing all aspects of customer service, including onboarding, technical support, retention, and creation of customer service policies and processes. Most recently, Jason held a customer support leadership role at MyReceptionist, where he implemented processes and led customer satisfaction growth.
“I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience to the Smartcare team. Smartcare is an amazing business management tool, and I’m looking forward to helping users tap the system’s full potential. My goal is to work with the customer success team to exceed our agencies’ service expectations.”
Jason grew up and still lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. When not working, he enjoys fishing, spending time with his friends and family, and attending live concerts and sporting events.
