Christina Wells started her career in home care shortly after graduating from high school when her mother opened a home care agency in Kentucky. Beginning as a caregiver, Christina worked in various other roles such as administration, marketing, and executive management.
With more than 20 years of home care industry experience and firsthand experience running an agency, Christina partners with agencies nationwide to share proven strategies and best practices.
Christina loves public speaking, teaching, helping others succeed, and being a part of a team. Christina also has a deep passion for the great outdoors, animals, travel, music, holistic approaches, and meditation. She even studied Wildlife Biology in college!
When she’s not working, she is either gardening, hiking, camping, or dancing around her home with her dog, Lily.
