Rose Layton

Rose Layton is passionate about helping customers succeed and strives to make a lasting impact. With a background in early childhood education, childcare operations, and consultative sales, Rose co-founded and managed a nanny placement agency, where she led recruitment, caregiver training, and retention through strong relationship management.

Rose is excited to bring her diverse experience to support Aaniie’s mission and contribute to the growth of the Aaniie Care and Aaniie Kids platforms as a Business Development Representative.

Her favorite place to be is on a beach, adventuring with her three boys and exploring new places.
