Current Open Positions

Aaniie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients across various industries. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As part of the Aaniie Customer Success team, you will take newly signed customers from the first interaction to go live on our platform. You will provide support for customers related to the implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of Aaniie’s products and supporting technologies. This position will serve as the first face of Aaniie as new customers implement and begin to use our platform to improve their operations.

As the face of Aaniie, you will provide consistently awesome service to customers by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will professionally answer questions, guide the customer on the implementation journey, and respond to inquiries timely while assuring high customer satisfaction every time.  You’ll develop a deep understanding of Aaniie’s care software solutions and use that understanding to help customers.

Must Haves:

  • High Integrity, Organized, Punctual, and Reliable. Must maintain a regular work schedule.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer success, support, or similar role.
  • Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and generate results when working remotely.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies with proven experience creating effective project plans, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Must be located in Wisconsin.

We are looking for a self-driven individual who has a bachelor’s or associate’s degree, preferably in computer science or computer programming, or other commensurate experience.  As part of Aaniie’s Development team, you will be working to advance Aaniie’s SaaS-based Enterprise applications continuously.  Using structured programming and agile development you design and develop new Aaniie functionality from concept to deployment supporting the Aaniie customer community.  This position requires a strong proficiency in all aspects of full-stack software development principles, data integrations, UI development, and agile software development. Aaniie is based in Eau Claire, WI with a remote work option depending on the candidate.

Must Haves:

  • An independent and critical thinker, with a passion for making a difference
  • Fluency in all aspects of agile software development and the Software Development Lifecycle
  • 2+ years experience in software development, SaaS applications, platform development 
  • Professional experience in a high-level programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.
  • Full stack design experience maintaining, modifying, and upgrading applications 
  • Ability to work with fellow team members in a cohesive, respectful, and highly communicative manner
  • Maintaining and building new API integrations and new product functionality
  • Perform general development tasks such as estimates, programming, testing, reviews, etc.
  • Must be located in Wisconsin or Minnesota.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solutions Executive to act as an industry consultant guiding potential users toward a complete home care solution, developing top-line revenue growth, new customer acquisitions, and profitability.

As a Solutions Executive, you will be directly responsible for connecting with care providers and communicating the value of our services, leading to closing sales in a national multi-state sales territory. You will take a sales lead from product discovery, to demos, and on to contract signing by promoting Aaniie’s products and services. As a member of the Aaniie family, you will contribute to our high energy, collaborative, fun team.

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in an inside sales or sales development role
  • High integrity, organized, punctual, and reliable. Must maintain a regular work schedule.
  • Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation excellence
  • Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and engage customers
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing, business, technical or healthcare field preferred.

Aaniie is based in Eau Claire, WI with a remote work option. Occasional travel to Aaniie’s corporate headquarters and/or tradeshows will be required.
