Previously working with a legacy software not built for cloud applications, Visiting Angels of Greater Philadelphia knew they couldn’t continue running their business on an outdated platform.

“With everything in the system, when someone reaches out again after a year or two, I don’t have any reentry of information. That is powerful because all I have to do is verify the information. “Anyone, even me (a non-scheduler), can look at the schedule and see what’s going on,” Mary says. “I still take customer calls, and I’m able to use the scheduling dashboard to find out anything I need.”

“We can do more with less, especially in the scheduling arena,” Mary explains. “We can manage more hours with fewer chairs filled, so to speak. It’s also easier to train our schedulers so they can run with the system and take advantage of the features.”
